How it all started
Chicago Travel & Tours was founded by Ediana Braham after she moved from Brazil to Chicago and began supporting agencies that needed reliable local coordination in the city. What started with programs in Chicago for one primary market quickly expanded as clients returned, referred others, and requested more complex group operations.
As demand grew, so did the scope.
Programs extended beyond Chicago into the Midwest. New international markets came in. What began as a hands on operation led by one person evolved into a structured team managing multi day group programs with multiple suppliers, moving parts, and different levels of complexity.
Today, Chicago Travel & Tours operates with a dedicated team coordinating tailor made group programs across the Midwest for agencies and organizations from different international markets. The growth happened naturally, driven by results, repeat partnerships, and trust built program after program.
What we do and how we make it work
Every group program we manage involves multiple suppliers. Hotels, transportation companies, guides, interpreters, venues, technical visits, restaurants, special activities. Instead of the client coordinating all of these separately, everything flows through one team.
We live here. We operate here. We know the destination, the logistics, the timing, the suppliers, and how things actually work on the ground. That local knowledge makes a real difference when coordinating complex, multi day programs.
Each program is built from scratch around the profile of the group, the objectives of the trip, and the identity of the client. Some require technical visits and structured agendas. Others include branding elements created specifically for the group. We align every detail so the experience feels intentional and connected.
This work involves structure and coordination, but it also involves creativity. Our team enjoys building programs from a blank page, solving challenges, and turning many moving parts into something that feels seamless.
